Never to late
Now that I am doing my school at home I am getting to spend more time doing my quiet time. I am going to start journaling more so I will share it on here more now. I've been reading Galatians 1 and it says in Galatians 1:7-8 that people will try to change the gospel and that if someone preaches to you and changed it from what the Bible originally says that they will be cursed. That's why I think it's important to check what our pastors are preaching to us about. Then Paul says if I was trying to impress people I would not be a slave of Christ, I would be a slave to the world. Then Paul goes on to talk about his old way of life and how he persecuted Christians in verses 13-20. I believe if God saved Paul the one who killed His people that believed in Him, He can save us for whatever sin we may have done. It is never to late to ask Him for forgiveness.

Who can live on Your mountain?
Psalm 15-God shows the description that us humans are supposed to be.
Lord, who can dwell in Your tent? Who can live on Your mountain?
God replies: The one who lives honestly, practices righteousness, and acknowledges the truth in his heart, who does not slander his tongue, who does not harm his friend or discredit his neighbor, who despises the one rejected by The Lord, but honors those who fear The Lord, who keeps his word whatever the cost, who does not lend money at interest, or take the bribe against the innocent, the one who does these things will never be moved.
In other words God wants us not to just talk the talk but walk the walk, be righteous in His name, see the truth in his heart, doesn't speak dirty, does not lower anyone around them, despises the devil and everything that has him in it but looks up to those who praise God, who will do anything for the sake of the gospel, someone who doesn't put money at interest.
This gives us a life style to live by, something to grasp if we tried our best to live by this everyday we will be a light into the world. We would be a Christ like figure. I realize I've done most of these things but I ask for forgiveness. That doesn't mean I keep doing this stuff or I ask for forgiveness for them over and over again, I try my best to stop.

Search the scriptures
JOHN 5:39 - 42 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life. “I do not receive honor from men. But I know you, that you do not have the love of God in you.
Here it says search the scriptures not just overlook or scan through the scriptures. SEARCH!!!
The Bible is not some book you can just read whenever you want. We need to be in the Bible daily because the Bible holds eternal life. God does not receive honorable men but men that are in the word. And in John 1:1 it says that IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD AND THE WORD WAS WITH GOD AND THE WORD WAS GOD. to enter the kingdom of God you must have the love of God in you. Whether you have the love of God in you or not is up to you not God. Whether or not you read the Bible is up to you too not God.
